Dennis represents individuals, businesses, employers, and insurers, concentrating in the areas of Construction Law, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Real Estate, and Transportation. Mr. Sadler also advises medical practitioners in matters related to compliance with HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and the myriad of regulations related to healthcare law. He has litigated matters in both the state and federal courts of Tennessee and Arkansas.

Dennis graduated from Crichton College with a Bachelor of Science in 1998. He went on to graduate from the University of Memphis with a Master of Science in Education in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in2006, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. Mr. Sadler completed an L.L.M. in Health Law, with a concentration in Compliance, from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law in December 2016.
